Job Description

Responsibilities:

eBilling Specialist for Legal Department with experience using the TyMetrix 360 ebilling system. 

Handles a significant volume of legal billing matters. 

Coordinates with Finance and vendors to ensure invoices are paid timely. 

Researches and resolves inquiries and issues related to billing efficiently. 

Assumes the Network Administrator role with the system to manage user profiles, train new users and handle matter management. 

Enters data into databases (i.e., names, addresses, etc.). 

Conducts queries related to matters, including patent and trademark matters. Analyzes and formats data. 

Creates/designs reports or forms (i.e., mailing lists, customer records, etc.). Modifies databases. 

Possesses strong knowledge of database software (i.e., Microsoft Access) and possibly other software (i.e., word processing, presentation graphics, etc.). 

Works with Finance to adjust purchase orders and manage monthly accruals. 

Has strong project management, communication and organization skills. 

Must have: TyMetrix 360 ebilling system experience
