Engineering Recruiting Sourcer - Entry Level - FULLY ONSITE - NO HYPRID OR REMOTE AVAILABLE.

Entry-Level (0-2 years of experience)

Base of $40K+, Uncapped Bonus/Commission structure

  • AAS Degree
  • Willing to work onsite in Mansfield, MA,ย North Andover, MA or Shelton, CT
  • Competitive and coachable
  • Strong technology/computer skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat (converting PDFs, etc.), Phone/Email etiquette
The Sourcer role is intended for entry-level candidates that will search for candidates using our internal database as well as resume/job site databases such as Monster, Careerbuilder, Linkedin, etc.ย  After approximately 6 months in this role, the candidate, if it's determined that you are ready for the transition, would transition to a full Recruiter position!
