Job description

Join a top-producing Realtor and office leader at Pemberton Real Estate as an Operations & Executive Assistant. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes side of real estate and thrives on organization, communication, and creating exceptional client experiences.

As a key partner in the business, you'll help manage transactions, listings, marketing, client communication, and day-to-day operations while continuously improving systems and processes. You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure every transaction runs smoothly.

This position is ideal for a licensed Minnesota Realtor looking to transition into an operations-focused role, or for someone interested in launching a real estate career with hands-on mentorship from a top-producing agent. If you're licensed and still enjoy selling, you'll have the flexibility to continue growing your own business while leveraging the training, support, and lead opportunities available through Pemberton Real Estate.

This is more than an administrative position—it's an opportunity to become an integral part of a high-performing real estate business with room to grow as the business grows.

Compensation:

50,000 - 60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions from contract to close, ensuring deadlines, paperwork, and communication stay on track.
  • Coordinate listings, including photography, showings, inspections, appraisals, title work, and closings.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and industry partners, delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage calendars, CRM (Follow Up Boss), marketing, email communication, and administrative operations.
  • Draft and send out client documents and contracts.
  • Develop and improve systems, workflows, and processes to help the business operate more efficiently.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, client events, social media, and database management.
  • Occasionally show homes, attend inspections, or assist with listing appointments and open houses (if licensed).

Qualifications:
  • Active Minnesota real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while taking initiative.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, or MLS is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented with a desire to grow alongside a high-performing real estate business.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and Facebook
