Essential Functions:

  • Support with review and implementation of digital systems to support the operation of the Paint Shop 

  • Work with existing teams to develop and implement digital systems to provide transparency on operations

  • Create PowerBi and Ignition Visualizations to display cost topics, cycle time status, fault and OEE impacts, quality items

  • Implement systems which also include Ai tools

Other Regular Daily Tasks

  • Participation in daily status reviews, strategy meetings and workshops
  • Participation in preparation for management presentations and walk throughs
  • Participation in shop walks and Continuous Improvement activities

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

 

Education

Student in Industrial Engineering, Finance/Controlling or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:   

  • Business/Data Analytics, Process Overview and Setup
  • Knowledge of PowerBi, excel, databases
  • Programming/coding experience

Preferred Start Date:   

  • September 2026

Benefits:   

  • Paid internship - hourly rate $18
  • Coverage of visa costs
  • $700 housing bonus

Requirements:   

  • Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
  • Studies outside of the U.S.A (we are not accepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)
  • A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
