We are seeking a seasoned Database Development Lead with strong database development expertise and a good understanding of the financial services industry. Exposure to related financial domains such as wealth management, capital markets, or asset management would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements.
  • Design, develop, and support database solutions and enhancements.
  • Perform data analysis to support business and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to validate data and ensure solution accuracy.
  • Support testing activities, including data validation, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to drive successful delivery of data-related initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong database development experience (SQL, data modelling, query optimization, stored procedures, etc.).
