Job description

The KBB Buying Agent is responsible for timely responses to sales leads, as well as following up on those leads. By his/her actions, the KBB Buying Agent influences the volume of sales business while playing a key role in insuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will execute customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealership's highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all KBB online and regular phone ups.
  • Acquires used inventory for dealership
  • Answer & review customer inquiries via email, text, chat & phone
  • Calls & Sets appointments for all incoming leads
  • Report all issues to the Business Development Manager

Essential Duties:
  • Receive, analyze, and reply to all incoming internet and phone leads according to scripts
  • Set appointments and discuss prospect with appropriate managers
  • Follow up with managers for outcome of set appointments
  • Update changes in database
  • Complete long term follow-up for internet and phone leads
  • Forward any customer concerns to appropriate Departmental Manager notating all problems and potential problems involving concerns, repairs, customers, & equipment

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Two years' experience in Customer Service & Sales
  • Dealership Sales experience is a plus
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Must have valid driver license
