Integr8staff seeks a motivated HR Intern to join a world-class and legacy manufacturing and engineering company for a long-term career opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Intern position
Provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration
Talent Acquisition: help with posting job ads on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Onboarding Support: Assists with the new hire process by preparing orientation materials, coordinating first-day activities, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
HRIS Management - collaborates with database management regarding new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.
Administrative Support; Maintains accurate physical and digital personnel files while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Employee Relations: Plans and coordinates company events, career days, or team-bonding activities.
Company Policy & Compliance: Helps to review and distribute company policies and keep records updated for legal compliance.
Requirements of the Human Resources Intern position
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
