What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for use in evaluating potential investments using Argus Enterprise and Excel;
  • Participate in investment meetings, tracking and reporting on investment pipeline activities;
  • Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets across all of our active markets;
  • Support the team through the deal execution and due diligence process; and
  • Conduct industry research and assist in preparation of memos, presentations and reports for management as required.

What type of experience do you have?

In addition to being an assertive self-starter and strong communicator with a positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. The following are the keys to your success with us:

  • You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in real estate, finance, or investments would be a plus;
  • You have a strong work ethic, high level of attention to detail and desire to consistently over-deliver; and
  • You work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
