A database designer develops computer programs that store data and automate specific tasks. When beginning a project, database designers define the scope and establish the database parameters. Plans may include indexes and constraints that allow users or other designers to access the content easily and implement proper database administration protocols. Designers often work as part of large development teams that include software designers, information technology technicians, and other data scientists.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our creative team. This role is suited for recent graduates as well as early-career designers who are ready to jump in and contribute right away. At Thinkingbox, creativity is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll work across integrated projects spanning digital, experiential, and brand initiatives.
In this role, you’ll support the creation of visually engaging design work across websites, interactive experiences, campaigns, and brand systems. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, motion, development, and production, gaining hands-on experience delivering cohesive creative across multiple touchpoints. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll contribute to client work that challenges and inspire while building a strong foundation in integrated design.
