Enrollment Coordinator

Pay Range: $34-35 per hour + benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Enrollment Coordinator to support member enrollment activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for processing enrollment requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively resolve enrollment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process enrollment requests accurately and within established turnaround times while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Review, analyze, enter, and maintain member enrollment data within the Facets system and other databases.
  • Audit enrollment files to ensure documentation is complete, organized, secure, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide courteous and professional support to internal and external customers regarding enrollment processes, eligibility requirements, COBRA regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Research and investigate enrollment-related issues, customer inquiries, and discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform account and case reconciliation activities as needed.
  • Monitor enrollment inventory and customer inquiries to ensure service-level expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate membership records across various systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate enrollment processing and problem resolution.
  • Communicate enrollment status updates through system documentation, phone calls, written correspondence, and approved form letters.
  • Escalate critical customer concerns to leadership when appropriate.
  • Stay current on state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare enrollment requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
