JOB PURPOSE

The Business Systems & AI Analyst supports Access to Healthcare Network's financial, operational, and programmatic teams by improving the efficiency, reliability, and usability of core business systems. Reporting to the CFO, this role focuses on practical automation, analytics, and responsible AI applications tied to Salesforce CRM and Accounting Seed to enhance reporting, forecasting, and cross-department workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Systems & Automation

  • Identify, design, and implement workflow improvements and automation within Salesforce and Accounting Seed.
  • Apply practical AI and analytics tools to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to support month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting efficiencies.

Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, operational reports, and ad hoc analyses for leadership and departmental users.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and usability of reports across financial and programmatic data sets.
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, and workflow changes to support audit readiness and continuity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with IT and Database leadership on system enhancements, integrations, and data governance.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on new tools, reports, and automated processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems, financial systems, or operational reporting tools.
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce or other CRM experience required; Accounting Seed experience preferred but not required.

Offsetting Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to improve workflows or reporting through automation or system configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in translating business needs into system or reporting solutions.
  • Experience using analytics, automation, or emerging AI tools in a practical business environment.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

SALARY

Estimated annual salary range: $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
