Sierra County is seeking a professional to join our rural Public Health team as a Nurse I or II. Are you looking for a lifestyle change? Sierra County is looking for a Nurse to join our small, but mighty, Public Health Team. Rural Public Health is diverse and challenging, real and rewarding. Located in California's scenic northeastern Sierra Mountain Valley means it is peaceful with open spaces and more cows than people. If you need a little city life, it is a doable 45-minute commute to Reno or Truckee. Sierra County is home to hundreds of lakes, hiking and biking trails, and offers something for everyone. Sierra County provides a supportive, flexible work environment where we celebrate our successes and take on our challenges together.
