Our full-time consultants participate in meaningful technology projects that help our clients make better decisions and achieve goals faster. As a CSpringer, you will interact with our clients and project teams to analyze needs, build solutions, and solve important business challenges. You will be a true partner to our clients, dedicated to making each client a raving fan!
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, update, and integrate high-quality, data analytics solutions based on client requirements.
  • Capture business requirements, convert them to user stories or developer requirements, and synthesize this information to help determine the most effective client solution.
  • Describe challenging business and technical issues to audiences at every level.
  • Maintain an understanding of the business and technology market, with emphasis on your subject area to identify and prioritize key opportunities
  • Develop white papers, case studies, and other pertinent materials related to specific area of expertise to highlight delivery capabilities and support sales/marketing efforts.
  • Coach and mentor other staff members in area of expertise.

Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in at least one of the following: database architecture and build, advanced SQL query development, ETL/ELT development, and/or visualization development in Tableau or Power BI.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting delivery or similar role capturing requirements and delivering to an internal client.
  • Experience leading a team delivered project.
  • Experience strongly engaging with Project Management.
  • Ability to engage in a conversation across the theories and best practices in data management and analysis, Business Intelligence delivery, and the role of advanced analytics and data science in business today.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other data and analytics tools and/or cloud-based storage such as Fivetran, Alteryx (other workflow and transformation tools), Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Python or R development experience.
  • Business Intelligence architecture experience.
  • Project Planning development and delivery.
