Location: Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid
Job Type: Full Time / Contract

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate need for an Oracle Global Data Warehouse Senior Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of IT experience, strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries (complex and from scratch), 2+ years of experience supporting data warehousing / ETL processes and project leadership experience.
Responsibilities
In this role you will act as a liaison to Client's businesses and various customer groups as well as coordinate and lead the offshore teams in the support of the Oracle Global Data Warehouse which enables reporting consistency across Oracle, Hyperion, and Microsoft SQL Server / Power BI analytical applications that serve multiple finance and procurement functions.
Major activities/Key challenges:
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors
• Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance to the developer teams. Ensure that all system development, change control standards and compliance processes are followed
• Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues, technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams
• Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions
• Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping the applications and their infrastructure up to date
• Manage small to large-scale projects working with stakeholders to - plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners from across the company
• Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas of responsibilities for continuous optimization of support and testing
• Collaborate with IT Business Architect to define and maintain application roadmaps
• Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit, disaster recovery and various support documentations
• Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in the job requirements and changes in technology
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelors degree - Preferred

Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology
  • SQL, PL/SQL - complex query writing/writing queries from scratch - 3+ years
  • Data Warehousing/ETL Process support - 2+ years
  • Oracle ERP module exposure (Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
  • Oracle R12 (on prem), Oracle 19c database, Linux experience
  • DBA skill knowledge: performance tuning, data modeling, database analysis
  • Project leadership experience - 2+ years
