Job Summary:
SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking a Medicaid Data Warehouse Architect with extensive expertise in Medicaid claims and data management. The role involves designing and implementing enterprise Medicaid Data Warehouse solutions, developing data architecture, and supporting data governance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement enterprise Medicaid Data Warehouse solutions.
• Develop and maintain Medicaid data architecture aligned with Texas Data Management Framework (TDMF).
• Architect multi-terabyte integrated data hubs and analytics platforms.
• Develop enterprise Medicaid analytics and reporting strategies.
• Define enterprise data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Create data models, architecture standards, and governed data structures.
• Design data acquisition, integration, and harmonization strategies.
• Support enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Develop metadata management and reference data management standards.
• Establish data quality frameworks, controls, and monitoring processes.
• Define systems of record and authoritative data sources.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis on data quality and governance issues.
• Establish metrics for measuring data quality and metadata maturity.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Medicaid data domains including: Provider Claims, Encounters, Eligibility, Client Movements, Clinical Assessments, Healthcare Analytics.
• Support enterprise Medicaid reporting and performance management initiatives.
• Collaborate with business owners, data stewards, and analytics teams.
• Develop AI-assisted reporting and analytics strategies.
• Create standardized AI prompts and query templates.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and mitigate hallucination risks.
• Promote AI-driven analytics adoption across business units.
• Evaluate emerging AI and data technologies.
• Partner with executives, program leadership, architects, and data governance teams.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data management best practices.
• Lead initiatives supporting data-driven organizational transformation.
• Communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Build business cases supporting enterprise MDM and analytics initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 15+ years of Data Architecture experience.
• 8+ years of experience building and maintaining Medicaid Data Warehouses (Mandatory).
• Extensive experience with Medicaid Claims Data.
• Extensive experience with Provider Data.
• Extensive experience with Encounter Data.
• Extensive experience with Eligibility Data.
• Extensive experience with Clinical Assessment Data.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Data Governance.
• Strong expertise in Data Quality.
• Strong expertise in Metadata Management.
• Strong expertise in Reference Data Management.
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM).
