Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager is a strategic, datadriven partner to Sales and Revenue leadership, responsible for transforming complex revenue data into clear, actionable insights. Approximately 70% of this role is focused on data visualization and analytics using Power BI, with the remaining time dedicated to team leadership, management of direct reports, revenue operations strategy, process optimization, and sales technology enablement.

This role is ideal for a highlevel leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and people-someone who not only understands the data, but knows how to translate it into strategy, lead a highperforming team, and drive meaningful change across the organization. You will play a critical role in improving revenue performance, enabling sales effectiveness and sales productivity through trusted reporting, analytical rigor, and strong team leadership. This position reports to the Director, Revenue Operations.

Role and Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Analytics (Primary Focus - ~70%)

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, executiveready insights across sales, pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue performance.
  • Translate business questions into effective data models, KPIs, and visual narratives that drive action.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability by partnering closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in revenue data and proactively surface insights to leadership.
  • Continuously improve reporting by applying best practices in data visualization, user experience, and performance optimization.
  • Prepare and present reporting that visualizes data trends, tracks KPIs, and develops actionable insights.

Team Leadership & Revenue Operations (Secondary Focus - ~30%)

  • Manage and lead a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives to increase sales, profitability, and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend and lead process or system changes.
  • Manage tools and technologies used by sales teams including Salesforce, Power BI, Outreach, and other sales/marketing technologies.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively through documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, plus 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Advanced Power BI experience with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports used for business decision
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations concepts.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and integrating CRM data into reporting solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with strong operational discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week (nonremote role).

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership or executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting methodologies and KPI frameworks.
