Overview:
We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for storytelling through data. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and report generation. This individual will be instrumental in turning raw data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports for internal stakeholders
  • Create compelling presentations that translate data findings into clear business stories
  • Use advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling, to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Partner with various departments to define key metrics, measure performance, and support business strategy
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes for increased efficiency
  • Assist in forecasting, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decisions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
