Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Power BI, Snowflake, and SAS, along with a strong ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations. Experience within the automotive, warranty, or aftersales industries is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Execute complex queries using Snowflake and SAS to support business reporting and analytics
  • Analyze warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external business partners
  • Create and maintain documentation for reporting logic, data processes, workflows, and data governance standards
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency across multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and performance measurement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and reporting enhancements
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Strong SQL experience, preferably with Snowflake
  • Experience utilizing SAS for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
