Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support our SaaS Delivery Team in building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards that track project execution, resource allocation, and upcoming delivery pipeline. This role is ideal for someone interested in data analytics, operations, and SaaS delivery environments.

You will work closely with project managers, delivery leads, and operations stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that improve visibility and decision-making across ongoing and future projects.


Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development

  • Design, build, and optimize dashboards that track:
    • Active projects and milestones
    • Resource utilization and capacity
    • Project pipeline and upcoming engagements
  • Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and user-friendly

Data Management & Integration

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g., project management tools, CRM, resource planning systems)
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across reports

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate recurring reports on delivery performance and trends
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities based on data analysis
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership

Process Improvement

  • Help standardize reporting frameworks and dashboard structures
  • Recommend improvements to data tracking and visualization practices

Collaboration

  • Partner with delivery managers and team leads to understand reporting needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear metrics and visuals


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
  • Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with (or willingness to learn):
  • Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables)
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
