Job Summary:

Are you a strong visual communicator who loves turning complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives?

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Data Visualization Analyst to transform trusted data into intuitive reporting experiences that empower leaders to make better decisions. In this role, you won’t just build charts—you will eliminate reporting clutter, establish enterprise visualization standards, and help shift our culture away from fragmented manual reports toward dynamic, actionable dashboards.

Partnering closely with data engineers, product teams, and cross-functional leaders across approximately 1,400 locations, you will bridge design judgment and business strategy to make performance easy to understand, trust, and act upon.

If you are a storyteller who uses design and data to drive accountability and business growth, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard & Report Design: Design, build, and maintain enterprise scorecards, executive dashboards, and recurring reporting products that turn performance metrics into clear business insights.
  • Data Storytelling & Insight Communication: Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives that identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and recommended action steps.
  • Visualization Standards & Quality: Establish and champion company-wide standards for chart selection, visual hierarchy, layout, labeling, and KPI consistency using governed, trusted datasets.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Train, support, and mentor cross-functional users so dashboards are easily understood, trusted, and integrated into daily decision-making workflows.
  • Report Rationalization: Evaluate existing reporting landscapes to eliminate duplication, isolate critical metrics from courtesy reporting, and dramatically reduce manual overhead.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and executive leaders to translate complex business questions into practical reporting solutions.
Requirements:

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Statistics, Business, Design, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data visualization, dashboard development, or analytics reporting.
  • Proven expertise in modern BI/visualization tools, spreadsheet platforms, and basic SQL or data exploration techniques.
  • Strong design eye with a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, chart design, reporting usability, and executive presentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex metrics into concise, business-oriented insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What will make you stand out:

  • Master’s degree in Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in media, advertising, publishing, multi-location operations, or franchise-style business models.
  • Experience creating visual reporting for both print and digital lines, including advertising revenue, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Deep experience in dashboard UX, self-service analytics design, and modernizing reporting adoption across distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and project management applications like monday.com.

Don’t just present data—inspire action. If you are ready to elevate our visual intelligence and leave a lasting mark on how we make decisions, we want to meet you.
