This role isresponsible for converting complex data across our entire ecosystem intostrategic recommendations-from creative production efficiency to multi-channelcampaign ROI and guest lifetime value.

The ideal candidate bridges technical analytics, predictivemodeling, and executive-level storytelling. Beyond reporting on pastperformance, you will proactively uncover growth opportunities, leadcross-functional optimization strategies, and build scalable reportingarchitectures that empower our leadership and marketing teams to act with speedand precision. This high-impact role provides direct analytical governancesupporting digital, creative, social, PR, media agency, and lifecycle marketingfunctions.

Specific Responsibilities

Strategic Full-Funnel Analytics & Performance Governance

  • Multi-Channel Strategy: Lead the tracking, cross-channel attribution, and deep-dive analysis of KPIs across all marketing channels, including Digital Ads (Search/Social), Web (Adobe Analytics), Organic Social, PR, Email, and SMS.
  • Creative Operations Optimization: Partner directly with the Creative Manager to audit creative hours versus business output. Analyze resource utilization trends to guide talent allocation toward high-priority, high-converting luxury business segments.
  • Executive Dashboards & Architecture: Architect, deploy, and maintain automated, enterprise-level real-time dashboards that establish a single source of truth for marketing performance across Kohler Hospitality.

  • Advanced Attribution Modeling: Build and continually refine multi-touch attribution models to evaluate the end-to-end guest journey, identifying key conversion drivers across digital and on-property touchpoints.
  • Experimental Strategy & Testing: Lead test design and post-campaign analysis for web landing pages, email workflows, and creative variations, instituting a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing culture to continuously drive incremental revenue.
  • Audience Intelligence & Retention: Analyze customer segmentation, CRM data, and guest behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities, optimize RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) models, and elevate guest retention through lifecycle automation.
