Verifier

2nd shift: Tuesday-Friday 6:00PM-4:30AM

$21/hour plus $1.50 shift differential

Description of the Position:
The distribution center Verifier is responsible for checking and processing all inbound and outbound orders for accuracy. Verifiers will also perform an array of functions that may include picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in a distribution center.

Responsibilities:
Audit inbound and outbound orders for 100% accuracy.
Interact with pickers and un-loaders to ensure that quality standards are met, insuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Verify and receive materials into inventory.
Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit.
Palletize and shrink-wrap.
Cycle count inventory.
Maintaining cleanliness and order of warehouse.
Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
    Prior verifying experience desirable.
    Attention to detail and strong math and counting skills.
    Data entry skills/Microsoft Office
