Value Technology INC is looking for a Data Migration Engineer to help design, develop, and execute end-to-end data migration solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with project, integration, and validation teams to deliver data transformation specifications, migration strategies, SQL-based migration scripts, and migration execution reports.

Responsibilites

  • 5+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, or ETL development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent database technologies.
  • Experience with source-to-target data mapping and transformation design.
  • Experience developing migration, validation, and reconciliation scripts.
  • Knowledge of data quality, data validation, and conflict resolution methodologies.
  • Experience executing migrations in staging and production environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
