Nightwing is seeking candidates in consideration for a Training Coordinator position in the Warrenton area. The right candidate will provide direct administrative support to the school and assists the Instructors with training coordination and a wide variety of customer tasks and deliverables.Works under general supervision from management, with latitude to exercise independent judgment to accomplish work in accordance with established policies and procedures. Exercises some personal initiative and ingenuity in coordinating the operational aspects of project services and deliveries. Assesses project and segment issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and Customer satisfaction goals and objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Customer regulations, policies, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with Customer's facilities and their operations.
  • Strong multitasking ability and scheduling skills.
  • Thorough knowledge in the use of MS Office, the Internet, and other internal applications necessary to complete routine and moderately complex tasks.
  • Analytical skills sufficient to assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team and Customers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver professional responses to Customers' routine to moderately complex questions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to perform as a focal point for projects/processes
  • Ability to manage own activities and office workflow under deadlines
  • Ability to efficiently and rapidly store and retrieve information using filing and tracking systems
  • Ability to establish administrative contacts and professional relationships for networking and liaison across the program team and with Customer's located in disparate locations.
  • Ability to apply a strong customer focus orientation to understand Customer requirements, suggest, and implement solutions
  • Ability to ensure that management, co-workers, customers, and stakeholders are kept informed
  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($77,000-$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
