About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Data Strategy Manager - Data Rationalization Manager to join the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team, leading critical Data Source Rationalization and Customer ADS Strategy initiatives that enable the execution of Wells Fargo's Enterprise Data Strategy. This role provides centralized leadership and oversight to assess and rationalize thousands of enterprise data sources, providing guidelines to businesses on improving sourcing practices, and ensuring businesses have documented roadmaps that accelerate adoption of trusted Authorized Data Sources (ADS) for use cases. In parallel, this leader will partner with Business Data Strategy owners across the enterprise to shape and deliver a compelling customer data strategy business case and own the requirements for customer data.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influenceobjectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals forhighly complexbusiness and technical needs

  • Design and conducthighly complexanalysis toidentifyand remediate data quality or integrity issues and toidentifyand remediate process or control gaps

  • Lead the strategy and resolution ofhighly complexand unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

  • Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality

  • Provide vision, direction, andexpertiseto senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions

  • Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

  • Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies

  • Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution

  • Manage and develop teams of individual contributors in roles with moderate complexitytoensure there isappropriatetalentdevelopment to meet businessobjectives, where needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management or leadership experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

  • Leadership & Strategy:Proven ability to lead largeeffortsand drive transformation initiatives.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
