Be Part Of A High-Performing Team:

Join a major international financial services organization supporting cyber data operations within a technology-driven banking environment. This team works closely with information security, data engineering, and business stakeholders to improve how cyber-related data is sourced, structured, validated, and consumed across enterprise systems. The environment is collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on strengthening data reliability for security and operational decision-making.

What's In Store For You:

Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Jersey City, New Jersey, supporting a cyber data warehouse initiative. The role offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to high-visibility data operations, and help improve the quality and usability of data flowing from upstream source systems into a centralized cyber data environment.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Analyze upstream data sources and help determine how data should be cleansed, organized, and prepared for loading into a cyber data warehouse.
  • Partner with stakeholders and data development teams to understand source-system data, business context, and technical requirements.
  • Gather, review, and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, reports, and other structured sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, data quality issues, and business-relevant insights using Excel, BI tools, and related analysis methods.
  • Translate findings into clear documentation, technical requirements, and actionable recommendations for development teams.
  • Support cross-functional communication between business, cyber, and technical teams to ensure data is interpreted accurately and consistently.

Are you an experienced cyber data analysis professional ready to make an impact?

  • 10+ years of data analysis experience, ideally within enterprise technology, cyber, risk, financial services, or data operations environments.
  • Strong ability to analyze source-system data, identify data issues, and define data scrubbing or transformation needs.
  • Experience creating clear technical requirements for data development or data warehouse teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and structured business data.
  • Exposure to SQL and relational databases is strongly preferred.
  • Python experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business and technical context.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across stakeholder, cyber, and technical teams.
