Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated student enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recent college graduate to support our supply chain and operations department and complete assigned projects and tasks within the operations team this fall and winter, 5 days a week at our Cary, NC location between October - May.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-the-job training and learn from experienced managers in various departments
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects given on a week-to-week basis
  • Collaborate with different team members and departments to complete goals and projects
  • Compile and analyze data to put together presentations for upper management
  • Support the teams in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
  • Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively to complete projects on schedule
  • Continuously learn new skills and knowledge related to the company industry (CPG/Manufacturing)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or a recent college graduate in a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work in our Cary, NC office 5 days a week October - May, (full time hours).
