Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing incrementality testing and experimentation initiatives across paid and owned marketing channels
  • Serve as a strategic partner to marketing, measurement, and analytics stakeholders on testing design, interpretation, and decision-making
  • Lead development of and drive adoption of Claude Code and AI-enabled workflows to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality
  • Manage multiple concurrent testing workstreams in a fast-paced embedded client environment
  • Coordinate across data science, analytics, and operations teams to drive high-quality delivery and actionable insights
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while helping drive rigor and operational excellence across the testing program
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing experimentation, incrementality testing, or related analytics roles
  • Expertise in statistical methods and experimental design (A/B testing, statistical significance, power analysis, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience building and leading analytics teams or mentoring junior analysts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and prompt engineering for workflow automation
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience working in embedded client or consulting environments

The starting pay range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
