Job Title: Lead Data Science Engineer (AI/ML & GenAI)
Location: Irving TX – Onsite
Duration: 12 months

Job Description: 
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Science Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive data-driven strategies and deliver scalable machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.
Qualifications
•    Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
•    Overall 10+ years of experience 
•    Should have handson experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
•    Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, transformers).
•    Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps tools.
•    Solid understanding of data engineering, distributed computing, and scalable architectures.
•    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
•    Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
•    Knowledge of reinforcement learning and advanced optimization techniques.
•    Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments at scale.
•    Strong publication record or contributions to open-source AI projects.
