Job Title AI/ML Specialist (Data Science & Intelligent Automation) Overview / Summary We are seeking an AI/ML Specialist responsible for developing intelligent programs, cognitive applications, and algorithms for data analysis and automation. This role focuses on leveraging advanced AI techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, and intelligent automation to solve complex business problems and deliver data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models, and programs to solve complex problems Generate recommendations, extract patterns, and make predictions from structured and unstructured data Interpret sensor data such as images and sound Develop and orchestrate automation solutions and enable self-service capabilities Perform large-scale experimentation and build data-driven applications Translate data into actionable intelligence Apply AI techniques including deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, and virtual assistants Research and optimize AI technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Deploy and integrate AI models developed internally or by third-party vendors Collaborate with engineering teams to align models with enterprise data structures Execute AI-assisted software development practices using AI tools Design and maintain data pipelines supporting model inference and automation workflows Develop reusable integration patterns and data structures to support scalability across business units Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics Experience delivering production-grade solutions in enterprise environments Strong proficiency in Python and SQL Familiarity with Graph Query Languages (e.g., Cypher) Experience with MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Kubeflow, MLflow) Experience designing and implementing AI-focused software development lifecycle processes Strong expertise in cloud platforms and data integration patterns Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Effective communication and stakeholder management skills What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
