Job Summary:
National Bulk Equipment, Inc. is a privately held corporation based in Holland, Michigan, specializing in the design and manufacturing of industrial bulk material handling systems. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance data reporting effectiveness and improve marketing performance across all operating entities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage data ingestion operations to enable efficient data collection, hygiene, access, and reporting within and across the NBE Holdings Company operating entities
• Design, develop, and maintain consolidated dashboards to present reporting of campaign(s) performance to various internal audiences
• Analyze campaign reporting against campaign performance metrics to identify data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency; e.g., conversion, engagement, behaviors
Qualifications:
Required:
• Highly proficient with the administration of business intelligence tools, such as: DOMO, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau
• Highly proficient in data analysis, interpretation, reporting, visualization, and communication
• Proficient with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Proficient with marketing campaign optimization methods
Preferred:
• Minimum Associate's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role
• Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting required deadlines
• Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc.)
• Experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
