Nous recherchons un coordonnateur de l'inventaire organisé et attentif aux détails pour superviser et garantir l'intégrité de nos inventaires. À ce poste, vous serez chargé de suivre les niveaux d'inventaire, d'effectuer des inventaires tournants réguliers, de résoudre les écarts d'inventaire et de veiller à ce que toutes les marchandises entrantes et sortantes soient correctement enregistrées dans notre système ERP de gestion des inventaires.

Principales responsabilités
  • Suivi et audit des inventaires : effectuer des inventaires tournants quotidiens/hebdomadaires et des audits physiques pour s’assurer que les inventaires physiques correspondent aux enregistrements du système.
  • Résolution des écarts : examiner, identifier et résoudre les écarts d’inventaire (par exemple, articles manquants, marchandises endommagées ou inventaires mal étiquetés).
  • Saisie des données : enregistrer avec précision tous les mouvements d'inventaire, y compris les réceptions, les transferts, les retours et les expéditions, dans la base de données à l'aide de scanners de codes-barres ou du logiciel ERP.
  • Réception et contrôle : contrôler la qualité, la quantité et l'état des livraisons entrantes par rapport aux bons de commande et aux bordereaux d'expédition.
  • Rapports : générer des rapports d'inventaire quotidiens ou hebdomadaires mettant en évidence les niveaux d'inventaires et les produits invendus à l'intention de l'équipe des achats.
  • Sécurité et conformité : Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sûr et organisé, conformément aux normes de sécurité de l’entreprise.
Exigences
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires
  • Expérience : 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement d'entrepôt, notamment dans la gestion des inventaires ou les opérations d'expédition/réception
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques : maîtrise des systèmes de gestion d'inventaire (par exemple, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite ou les logiciels WMS) et des lecteurs de codes-barres RF. De solides compétences de base en Excel constituent un atout majeur.
  • Souci du détail : grande précision dans la gestion des codes produits, des numéros de lot et des dates de expiration.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Clerk to oversee and maintain our warehouse stock integrity. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling stock discrepancies, and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately logged in our Inventory ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Tracking & Auditing: Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure physical stock matches system records.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate, identify, and resolve inventory variances (e.g., missing items, damaged goods, or mislabeled stock).
  • Data Entry: Accurately log all inventory movements—including receipts, transfers, returns, and shipments—into the database using barcode scanners or ERP software.
  • Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and damages against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Reporting: Generate daily or weekly inventory reports highlighting stock levels dead stock for the procurement team.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, specifically dealing with inventory control or shipping/receiving
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or WMS software) and RF barcode scanners. Strong basic Excel skills are a major plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High precision when managing product codes, lot numbers, and expiry dates.
