About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Support I to join our growing team!

This is an onsite position in the office, 5 days a week.

Location: St-Hyacinthe - 2450 Girouard O
What you will accomplish with us:

  • Perform various administrative tasks such as shipping documents, equipment and correspondence, entering data, scanning and filing, requisitioning equipment and supplies, setting up workstations, etc.

  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.

  • Copy data from documents or databases using our standardized methods.

  • Respond to a variety of requests.

  • Support projects or new initiatives as needed.


What you will bring:

  • Administrative Technician or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, positive attitude.

  • Ability and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
