Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Responsibilities

  • Assistin unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
  • Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
  • Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
  • Support andassistshipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
  • Support and maintenance warehouse systems and ensure operational efficiency
  • Process returns and complete required documentationin accordance withSOPs
  • Handle customer pickups and (front deskassistanceto customer)
  • Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs and coordinating with relevant teams
  • Escalatespecial casesto management when needed
  • Print labels and prepare required documentation
  • Process broker returns and return-to-clients shipments
  • Prepare daily reports andmaintainaccuraterecords
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed
  • Train and mentor new employees
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to uphold quality standards
  • Complete supervisor-assigned tasks asrequired
  • Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
  • Comply withall Health & Safety protocols
  • Provide support for clients and IDCs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer service email requests

Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.

Work shifts

  • Saturday: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Sunday: 1:30 PM to 10 PM
  • Monday: 1:30 PM to 10 PM
