Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager Data Governance & Enterprise Data Solutions

We help enterprises govern their data through consulting, implementation, and AI-powered data solutions. Our core capabilities span Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, AI, and Analytics.

We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional with deep domain knowledge in enterprise data management and an established network of data leaders across large enterprises.

About the Role

This role prioritizes relationship-driven enterprise sellers with a proven closure track record. Candidates reliant on inbound leads or campaign-driven BD models may not be suitable.

This role is responsible for driving new enterprise business focused on Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Engineering, and Enterprise Data Modernization.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling consulting and implementation services around enterprise data platforms and understands how organizations build modern data foundations. Success in this role comes from existing executive relationships, consultative selling, and consistently closing strategic enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Generate net-new enterprise revenue through existing executive relationships and industry network.

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract execution.

Build relationships with Chief Data Officers, CIOs, Enterprise Architects, Data Governance Leaders, Data Engineering Directors, and Digital Transformation executives.

Identify and close strategic consulting and implementation opportunities ranging from USD 250K to USD 2M+.

Position capabilities across:

o Data Governance

o Master Data Management (MDM)

o Data Quality

o Data Engineering

o Cloud Data Platforms

o AI-enabled Data Solutions

Work closely with solution architects and delivery leadership to shape winning proposals.

Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and implementation partners where appropriate.

Qualification

8-15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.

Strong track record selling Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management services.

Demonstrated success closing large consulting or professional services engagements.

Existing relationships with enterprise data leaders across Fortune 1000 or large mid-market organizations.

Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and modern data platforms.

Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Highly self-driven with the ability to independently build and close business.
