Help Build Strong Systems That Empower Women

The LEAPE Coalition, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Management & Records Coordinator to support our growing nonprofit organization. This virtual volunteer role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and helping create efficient systems that support meaningful community impact.

As our Data Management & Records Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring participant, volunteer, donor, grant, and organizational records are organized, secure, and accessible to authorized team members. Your work will help LEAPE operate efficiently while protecting sensitive information and supporting our mission of empowering women to heal, rebuild, and evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain LEAPE’s digital filing system.
  • Enter and update volunteer, participant, donor, and partner information.
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases.
  • Organize board, program, grant, and event documentation.
  • Ensure confidential information is securely stored and handled appropriately.
  • Assist with preparing reports and tracking program data.
  • Archive and organize organizational records.
  • Help improve document management and recordkeeping processes.
  • Support compliance with LEAPE’s confidentiality and data security policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working with digital files and cloud storage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for supporting women and strengthening nonprofit organizations.

Commitment

  • Remote/Virtual
  • Flexible schedule
  • Approximately 5–10 hours per week
  • Attend occasional virtual team meetings.
