Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Associate to provide administrative and operational support until September, with the possibility of extended hours based on business needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive administrative work and takes pride in maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The successful candidate will receive on-site training and daily support from the team while assisting with document processing, certification assembly, and data entry projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assemble certification credentials and supporting documentation.
  • Scan, organize, and electronically file documents as part of an ongoing document management project.
  • Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks.
  • Ensure records and documentation are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with on-site staff to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
