Rockville, MD Contract to Hire

Job Title: Data Center Technician

Location: DMV area

Pay Rate: $25-35/hr

Position Summary

Anistar is seeking experienced Cable Helpers for a direct hire position to provide assistance with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of voice and data cables as well as security/access control equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Pulling/terminating/testing and routing CAT5 or CAT6 cable in a new construction and existing structure commercial environment

Installing support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks)

Manage all company tools and equipment with care and keep well maintained.

Experience working in a data center

Basic scope of work includes:

  • 5+ years' experience installing and servicing voice and data systems in a commercial environment.
