Overview
The client is looking for a quality-minded individual to assist with, and help drive improvement in one of our key assets - the installed base management system. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a global company and grow your career.
Skills required: Detail-oriented, quality-mindset, self-motivated, self-starter, good detective skills, solid work ethic, MS Office with Excel proficiency, program or project coordination/execution, technical skills.
Four year degree (engineering / technical field or four year degree with technical aptitude/experience) / work experience / military experience necessary will all be considered
Hands-on experience appreciated.
Job Scope
OVERALL - Improve quality & usability of the system
Research assets, addresses, site information for the Country Installed Base Managers (for adding sites and assets). Potentially the contractor may create sites in the system or relocate assets to site(s).
Assist with pulling and adding digital assets components (monitoring and switching devices)
Pull and prepare service engineering events and field service event data
Review product Bills of Material or drawings, etc. when needed to search for assets or sites
Assist with developing automations to extract the data from FSR's (field service reports).
Assist (if needed) with fixing data integrity
Help identify bottlenecks and quality issues and fix as approved
Other projects as assigned
Key Tasks and areas of improvements by order of priority
1. Add missing (and potential) assets
2. Add missing service events
3. Fix and improve data integrity
4. Develop automations or other digital programs to improve the system

Remote work for a qualified individual - must have ability to come into office (if necessary) for training/periodic check-in meetings
