Job description

For one of our fast growing practices, we are looking for a Senior Data Quality Consultant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead data quality initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through adoption, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Shape data quality strategies, drive implementation and ensure adoption across business and technical teams.
  • Guide clients in embedding data quality into their data platforms, processes and organizational way of working.
  • Lead data quality engagements from assessment to implementation and adoption.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on data quality topics.
  • Translate business challenges into structured data quality initiatives.
  • Manage scope, priorities and delivery in collaboration with client stakeholders.
  • Align with the client on architecture and support them in decisions on needed infrastructure.
  • Design and oversee implementation of data quality rules, controls and monitoring.
  • Ensure data quality is embedded in data pipelines and lifecycle processes.
  • Provide hands‑on support where needed (SQL, tooling setup).
  • Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Drive data quality culture and awareness within client organisations.
Job requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in data-related roles (data quality, data governance, data engineering, data management).
  • Proven experience leading data quality initiatives in client-facing environments.
  • Experience working across business and technical domains.
  • Experience with data quality tooling (e.g., Collibra, Soda, Great Expectations) and familiarity with data governance tooling.
  • Ability to guide implementation without needing to be the primary developer.
  • Able to balance strategy with execution.
