Job description

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Site Quality Manager to oversee quality control and assurance on our data center construction projects. This project is in Turkey, Texas. The ideal candidate will work directly with our project management team. This position requires the Site Quality Manager be on the job site in Turkey, Texas full-time.

The Site Quality Manager earns a competitive salary of $95,000-$130,000 or more (DOE) that is paid weekly. The Site Quality Manager will be eligible for per diem as they will be on site 100 percent of the time. We offer great benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, paid time off, and vehicle allowance.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Electrical background preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in quality control/quality assurance within a data center construction environment preferred
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical specifications
  • Working knowledge of QA/QC programs, inspection processes, and industry codes and standards
  • Willingness to be on site 100% of the time
  • Proven history managing quality on multi-million-dollar projects
  • Team player
  • 5+ years of management experience

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Site Quality Manager

As a Site Quality Manager, your ultimate responsibility is the overall quality and compliance of the job. To do this, you develop and enforce the project's quality control plan, conduct inspections, and verify that all electrical and mechanical work meets contractual specifications, codes, and industry standards. You identify and document non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and manage punch lists through closeout. Using your excellent customer service skills, you communicate with customers and project teams to resolve quality issues and evaluate alternative solutions.
