We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reference Data Associate to manage and enhance financial data processes supporting ICE US Municipal data products. This role involves interpreting complex data, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across teams to ensure data quality and client satisfaction. In today's fast-paced and technology-driven world, staying ahead of the curve is crucial for success. Utilizing the latest automation tools, we will significantly enhance productivity, streamline processes, and reduce human error. These tools enable data associates to efficiently manage large datasets, perform complex analyses, and generate insightful data to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and transform financial reference data from legal, financial, and vendor sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across internal platforms.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and drive process enhancements.
  • Respond to client inquiries with clear, well-reasoned analysis and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support data initiatives.
  • Develop tools (Excel/macros) and visualizations (charts, graphs) for reporting.
  • Mentor junior associates and serve as a subject matter expert.

Knowledge and Experience
