  • Deliver timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly distribution of quality audit reports, complete with data insights and actionable recommendations to address key business challenges.

  • Experience: Member Solutions background or experience required. 3+ years of relevant QA assurance experience preferred. 1+ years of experience working with employer groups preferred. 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc.) at an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution preferred.
  • Education: Associate/Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Location: 25% Hybrid in our Maitland, FL office

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
