๐Ÿ” Weโ€™re hiring! | Entity Director โ€“ US | Hybrid | Raleigh, North Carolina (United States of America)

MyData-TRUST is strengthening its expertise in data protection for the Life Sciences industry and is looking for an Entity Director โ€“ US to join our team.

As the Entity Director, youโ€™ll be based in Raleigh, and you will be responsible for overseeing operations and managing teams across our US offices โ€“ Raleigh and San Francisco.

In addition, youโ€™ll collaborate with privacy lawyers, IT specialists, security professionals, and pharmaceutical experts to support our clients in achieving compliance and building trust.

What you will do
  • Lead and oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the U.S. entity, including people management, finance, operations, and sales.
  • Ensure GDPR, HIPAA, and/or other relevant data protection compliance across all activities.
  • Represent the company externally with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Align U.S. operations with global corporate strategy and policies.
  • Supervise project delivery and monitor quality standards across client engagements.
  • Provide expert guidance on data protection, privacy regulations, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with management and our business team to development initiatives and contribute to the companyโ€™s growth strategy.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
What weโ€™re looking for
  • 10+ years of management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally in international or multi-entity organizations.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational management, budget oversight, and HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and/or other data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
