Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager - Data & ETL Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and ETL modernization programs, managing scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and ETL modernization programs, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate DataStage migration initiatives by partnering with ETL developers, architects, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Own the ServiceNow ticket lifecycle, overseeing intake, prioritization, change management, incident tracking, reporting, and workflow governance
  • Apply advanced SQL skills to validate data, support testing activities, investigate data issues, and monitor delivery quality
  • Produce executive dashboards, RAID logs, project plans, and status reporting while facilitating sprint ceremonies, steering committees, and governance meetings

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of project management experience
  • Expertise with IBM DataStage and ETL delivery methodologies
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation, testing support, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticket lifecycle and workflow governance
  • Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS
  • Experience with data warehousing design and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability in project planning and tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
