Position Summary

Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure (SEGI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from contract award through final completion. This position is responsible for managing project safety, quality, schedule, budget, contract compliance, and client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager serves as the primary interface between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are achieved through effective planning, communication, risk management, and execution. While experience supporting industrial or EPC projects is preferred, candidates with demonstrated project management experience in related industries are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution from contract handover through project closeout while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
  • Manage project safety, quality, schedule, budget, scope, and overall project performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, resource plans, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, quality, and other project activities to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, change orders, claims, commercial correspondence, and corrective actions throughout execution.
  • Review contracts, specifications, and project requirements while supporting commercial and contract administration activities.
  • Oversee supplier, vendor, and subcontractor performance, including procurement and subcontract activities, equipment delivery, and supplier performance.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, financial updates, and executive-level communications to clients and company leadership.
  • Support project startup, turnover, punch list completion, final documentation, warranty activities, lessons learned, and client acceptance.
  • Promote a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

QualificationsRequired
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred), Construction or other technical degree from an accredited University.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, industrial operations, energy, infrastructure, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of project execution, procurement, construction, fabrication, commissioning, or related operational processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with contract administration, project controls, and project financial management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Preferred
  • Experience managing industrial, EPC, design-build, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience within power generation, LNG, oil & gas, utilities, data centers, or related industrial markets.
  • Professional Engineering License is a plus
  • MBA or master’s degree in engineering is a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
