Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Data Project Manager to lead and manage AI-driven data initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a good understanding of Generative AI, data engineering, and analytics. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end data projects that leverage Gen AI technologies to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Gen AI-based data projects on time and within scope.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project life cycle from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate between data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Track progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, and report on KPIs.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance in Gen AI applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in AI or data-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, NLP, and AI model development lifecycle.
• Background in data management, AI/ML, or analytics projects is required.
