As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices. 

Summary:

The Program Manager will serve as the single contractor point of contact for warehouse support across all locations. This role will manage contract performance, staffing, schedule, cost, risk, reporting, invoicing, travel, and Other Direct Costs.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Will coordinate with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and Government program personnel
  • Oversee Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune warehouse operations
  • Ensure the team is fully staffed and operational within 15 calendar days after award
  • Oversee the initial wall-to-wall inventory within 30 calendar days
  • Manage Government-furnished property accountability
  • Oversee GCSS-MC access and inventory processes; prepare organizational charts, monthly status reports, travel reports, meeting minutes, and other CDRLs
  • Support post-award and semiannual Program Management Reviews
  • Ensure surge personnel are available within 30 calendar days after notice.
  • May perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and experience with GCSS-MC
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute
  • Minimum 8 years, including 3 years managing logistics, warehouse, supply, property, or Government contracts
  • Logistics, supply, warehouse, property, or contract-management experience
  • Experience supervising personnel or managing Government contracts
  • Experience managing multiple locations
  • Experience with Government property, inventory accountability, risk management, invoicing, and performance reporting
  • Clearance Requirement: Public Trust clearance is required. Personnel may also be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), installation access, and successfully complete a background investigation and suitability determination, as applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or any related certification

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.
