Senior Program Manager (DMDC Program – Pivotal Project Manager)
Location: Falls Church, VA
Summary:
3 Reasons Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the pivotal Project Manager for the DMDC Program. This role provides senior-level leadership, execution oversight, and strategic coordination across program activities to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical objectives. The Senior Program Manager will drive alignment between stakeholders, manage high-visibility initiatives, and ensure consistent execution across multiple workstreams within the DMDC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as pivotal Project Manager (PjM) for the DMDC Program
  • Provide senior-level program leadership and execution oversight
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple program workstreams
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and schedules
  • Monitor program performance across scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
  • Lead governance meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagements
  • Ensure alignment between program execution and strategic objectives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
  • Drive accountability across project teams and supporting organizations
  • Support decision-making through reporting, analytics, and program insights
  • Oversee program documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting tools
  • Maintain strong communication with senior stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
