Job description

Position: Data Processor

M & D Mechanical Contractors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processor to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a full-time employee, you will work 40 hours per week and be responsible for processing and managing large amounts of data for our company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Entering and updating data in our database accurately and efficiently

- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files

- Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns

- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by performing regular quality checks

- Collaborating with other departments to gather and verify data

- Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues

- Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for data management

- Assisting with data entry projects and other administrative tasks as needed
